- All funds generated by your pledge go directly to the Louisville Leopard Touchdown Club in support of the Louisville Football Program.

- Fill in your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and remember to sign the application. Each name will count as a separate pledge.
- Mail the Application to: Leopard Touchdown Club, Attn.: Ben Stoffer, 1241 Shawn Circle, Louisville, Ohio 44641
- Pay nothing upfront to sign up. You will be pledging $1.00 (or more) for every Touchdown scored by the Leopards. Your billing will be sent at the end of the season and will include our playoff appearances.
